On this page
01General information only
Everything on this website other than a written quote or a confirmed booking is general information. It does not take account of your personal circumstances, and it is not advice you should act on without checking it against your own situation.
Guides to cabins, routes, airlines, seasonality and lounges reflect our experience of booking these itineraries. They are opinion and observation, not a promise about what you will experience. Aircraft are swapped, seats are refitted, lounges close for renovation, and services are retimed without notice.
What you can rely on
A written quote from a named consultant, and the confirmation issued after you book. Those are contractual. Nothing else on this site is.
02Prices and availability
Fares displayed are live at the moment of the search and change constantly — often several times a day on premium cabins where inventory is thin. A price shown in a search result, a route guide or a marketing email is not an offer capable of acceptance until it is confirmed and ticketed.
Indicative prices in our route and cabin guides are drawn from fares we have actually issued in the preceding period. They are historical fact, not a forecast, and they are not available on demand.
Where a price is displayed in error and the error is obvious, we may decline to issue at that price. If we do, we will tell you promptly and refund everything you have paid in full. This does not limit your rights under the Fair Trading Act 1986.
03Third-party suppliers
We arrange services supplied by airlines, hotels, insurers, transfer operators and lounge providers. We are not those suppliers and do not control them.
Descriptions of a supplier's product on this site come from the supplier or from our own observation. We take reasonable care that they are accurate at the time of publication, but we do not warrant that a supplier will perform as described, and we are not liable for a supplier's own acts, omissions, insolvency or change of product.
Where a supplier fails, your remedy is against that supplier. We will help you pursue it at no charge, and where our own conduct contributed to the loss we accept our share of responsibility.
04Travel risk, health and safety
We are not qualified to advise on health, vaccination, medical fitness to fly, or the security situation in any destination. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
Consult your doctor or a travel medicine clinic before booking if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are travelling with someone who is. Read the New Zealand Government's advice at safetravel.govt.nz for every country on your itinerary, including transit points, and check it again close to departure.
A destination carrying an official warning may make travel insurance unavailable or void. That is a matter between you and your insurer, and it is your responsibility to check before you commit.
05Passports, visas and entry requirements
Entry requirements are your responsibility
We will tell you what we know, and we take that seriously. But entry, transit and exit requirements are set by foreign governments, change without notice, and depend on your nationality, your passport's expiry date, your travel history and sometimes your reason for travel. We cannot verify them for you and we do not guarantee any statement we make about them.
Check with the relevant embassy, consulate or official government portal before you travel, and again in the week before departure.
Most destinations require at least six months' passport validity beyond your return date. Many require onward or return tickets, and some require proof of funds or accommodation. Transit points can have their own visa requirements even when you do not leave the airport.
If you are denied boarding or entry because a document is missing or invalid, the fare is not refundable and any consequential cost is yours.
06Loyalty programmes and status
Points, miles and status credits are awarded by the airline under its own programme rules, not by us. Accrual rates vary by fare class, and the deepest discounted fares sometimes earn at a reduced rate or not at all.
Where a fare has restricted earning we tell you on the quote. Otherwise, check the programme's own earning table before booking if points are a material part of your decision. We cannot retrospectively change how a ticket earns.
Upgrades using points are entirely at the airline's discretion and are never guaranteed by us.
07Website availability and links
We aim to keep this site available and accurate but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of malicious code. Access may be suspended for maintenance without notice.
Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control them, do not endorse their content, and are not responsible for their privacy or security practices.
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Something trickier than a return flight?
Multi-city trips, groups of nine or more, flying home from a different city, or dates that need to move — a search box gives up here, a person doesn’t. Ask us to price it. It costs nothing and usually comes back cheaper.
We’ll watch the fare for you
The best seats sell 3–6 months ahead, not in a last-minute sale. Leave your email and we’ll tell you when a good fare opens up on your route.
